Banff Centre's Audience Services and Box Office respects and protects the privacy of its online visitors as defined in the organization-wide Digital Privacy Statement. Additionally, in order to provide exceptional service and support to our patrons, ticket holders, and guests, any personal information collected as part of a Box Office transaction may be used for the following purposes:
- Managing and processing your ticket or gift certificate purchase;
- Managing and processing any donations and/or donation add-ons as part of the online ticketing process;
- Providing via email communication, as part of the online ticketing and donation process, all order confirmations and invoices, issuing tax receipts, digital tickets, etc.
- Communicating with you about the status of the performance or event that you will be attending, including pre-show reminders, any possible changes or cancellations to such performance or event, a personal thank you for your philathropic gift, or regular marketing or donor communications.
